Responsibilities
Build features and systems with attention to detail and performance
Own end-to-end development, from conception to production
Engineer not only solutions but also tools to understand the problem
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class product
Identify and implement improvements to our existing systems
Help establish a fun, fulfilling, world-class engineering culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
3+ years of non-internship professional mobile software development experience with Flutter
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Willingness to work with and use Flutter
Experience working across teams to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions
You have substantial experience (4+ years) in mobile development, on Android & iOS platforms
Multiple years of experience in roles requiring collaboration design, QA and product
Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly is crucial
You thrive in remote work environments, demonstrating a proactive attitude and the ability to self-manage
You are known for being kind, empathetic, and a supportive presence in your team
You bring enthusiasm and the hustle to shipping high-quality code
Timezone: Ideally EST or PST. If you're in the EU/UK, please ensure about 4 hours of overlap with American time zones
Preferred
Familiar with the Riverpod
Experience in early-stage product development, ideally having worked in both a startup
Android development experience
You have experience building and iterating on a product
You're a ClickUp user
