Signarama is a growing company looking for a Customer Account Specialist / Production Assistant to join their supportive team. The role involves a variety of tasks including customer interaction, production support, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately.

Retail

Responsibilities

Answer phones, greet customers, and respond to email inquiries

Prepare estimates and process customer orders accurately

Keep jobs organized and moving through production

Assist with producing graphics (printing, trimming, laminating)

Help assemble signs and prep graphics for installation

Support installers and production staff as needed

Package finished signs and graphics for pickup or install

Perform quality checks so work goes out right the first time

Required

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person

Comfortable with basic math, measurements, and accuracy
