Responsibilities
Assist in compiling and processing payroll data with accuracy
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Support the coordination of outsourced staffing and dispatching jobs
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and highly responsible, with strong communication skills
Proficient in Excel and office tools, with good data-handling ability
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with care
Preferred
Prior experience or internship in HR is a plus
