Responsibilities
Design and train state-of-the-art generative models (diffusion, rectified flow, etc.) for video
Develop and optimize our proprietary infrastructure for fast inference and rapid training at scale
Collaborate across research and engineering to prototype and ship interactive user experiences, closing the loop from idea to live product
Contribute to the overall research agenda and help shape the future of human–pixel interaction
Qualification
Required
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or an MSc with equivalent industry research experience
1+ years of experience with a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field, or a MSc with equivalent industry experience
Experience training generative models (diffusion or similar) i.e. not just using these models
Proven ability to take ideas from research to production
Experience with multimodal (video/text) data or real-time systems
Deep knowledge of modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and GPU-accelerated training
Knowledge / expertise in CUDA
Takes ownership whilst collaborating across research and engineering teams with strong communication skills
Passion for fast iteration and user-driven innovation
Preferred
Experience with multimodal (video / audio) data or real-time systems
