Office 365 Support
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by users
Standards Adherence
New Employee Setup
Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings
Ensure the availability of network resources and services
Install and configure network hardware, such as routers and switches
Monitor system performance and security logs
Train users on new hardware and software
Research and recommend new IT technologies and solutions
Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
Multifunction Device Support
Incident tracking and reporting
General Office Duties
Some local travel required in the Chicago Metro area
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience working in IT
Experience with network hardware, such as routers and switches
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working at a none-for-profit organization
Self-directed and able to work independently
Friendly and courteous at all times
Pays attention to detail
Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills are essential
Must be able to work well with staff and management
Use consistent good judgment and discretion
Able to take initiative when confronting or solving problems
