New Grad, Entry LevelCaliber Sales Engineering is seeking an Entry/Junior Level CAD Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative products by creating detailed technical drawings and models using CAD software, supporting the engineering process from concept to production.

Responsibilities
Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models for assembly and fabrication drawings for primarily aerospace type applications using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Assemblies
Sheet metal
Machined parts
Schematics
Cable Assemblies
Parts Lists
Work with engineering and technical leads on product development
Project organization
Prepare and update BOMs
Prepare Work Instructions
Process Engineering Change orders
Other duties as assigned
Stay updated with the latest CAD software developments and industry trends
Seek opportunities to improve design processes and increase efficiency
Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills
Qualification
Required
2-year Associates Degree in CAD Design and Technology or related degree. Pre-Grad's will be considered
Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD
Basic knowledge of ASME Y14.100 drawing standards and dimensioning and tolerancing for aerospace applications
Familiarity with 3D Modeling applications such as SolidWorks or similar applications
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for CAD design
