Qualification
Required
You've spent your career in B2B insurance—or something closely related—and you know how to build relationships
You can walk into a business you've never been to, strike up a conversation, and walk out with a follow-up on the calendar
Cold calling, networking, and site visits are in your element
You understand the rhythm of commercial insurance, the long sales cycles, and the strategic timing around renewals
You've learned how to balance volume with discernment, and your clients trust you because of it
