Responsibilities
Manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure sales goals are met
Train, cross-train and develop sales staff on best practices in follow-up communication and taking care of the customer
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations
Track sales efforts, monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Must be proficient with CRM and DMS
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
Must be proficient with CRM and DMS
Preferred
F & I Experience, a plus
