This role involves hands-on client communication, internal coordination, and process improvement while helping the agency scale.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day client communication (Slack, email, calls)

Run weekly/biweekly status meetings and manage client expectations

Triage issues, coordinate with internal team, and escalate only what matters

Prepare and deliver client-facing reporting and status updates

Own and improve client onboarding process (with integration to sales handoff)

Manage project workflows and ensure deliverables stay on track

Identify and implement improvements to internal processes

Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed

Help coordinate work across team members and ensure clear accountability

Champion effective use of AI tools internally to improve efficiency and problem-solving

Required

3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or agency operations

Problem solving and analytical skills

Proactive leader with an ownership mentality

Hungry to learn, adapt, and wear multiple hats on a small team

Preferred

Experience with growth marketing channels ie. digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn), email marketing, Shopify, CRO, SEO. (dont expect all)

Familiarity with B2C e-commerce and/or B2B marketing (strategy, outreach, LinkedIn)

Agency or consulting background

Experience with data visualization and crafting presentations and reports to clearly outline the performance of marketing efforts and opportunity areas to drive improvement

Experience with data-driven marketing and managing digital advertising campaigns to hit performance goals
