Product Support Engineer
Enfuze is a fast-growing startup that manufactures and distributes premium outdoor audio and smart outdoor systems. The Product Support Engineer will support product development, testing, and provide technical customer support while troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
Support product development, testing, and validation
Diagnose technical issues and develop structured action plans
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, DSP, and system-level issues
Design and execute amplifier, power supply and speaker test setups
Support DSP programming and microcontroller firmware updates
Create assembly, manufacturing, and installation documentation
Train and support installation teams
Provide technical support to distributors and customers
Support local and remote field installations
Assist with new product launches and regional ramp-ups
Travel within Chicagoland and other U.S. markets (~15–20%)
Identify, build, and continuously improve technical and operational processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant technical experience or equivalent hands-on experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, audio, electronics, or related field
Experience with hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with audio systems, DSP, or embedded systems
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Comfortable working directly with customers
Demonstrated capability to be a self-starter, requiring little direction to move the ball forward
