Responsibilities
The Credit Analyst works with lenders and clients to gather, analyze, and compile financial documentation
Composes loan approval documents to be submitted to the Bank’s credit committees
Assists loan officers with portfolio management including requesting current financial information from clients, monitoring loan covenants, borrowing base reports and preparing loan reviews. Also assists in collection efforts and monitoring weekly loan delinquency reports
Develops a working knowledge of loan policies and operating systems
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to write in a concise and effective manner
Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements, tax returns and other financial documents
Perform work under frequent time constraints while maintaining accuracy
Associates or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
Minimum of five year's experience in a similar setting or financial institution
