This hybrid role oversees fund accounting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across credit and real estate investments, managing NAVs, capital activity, waterfalls, and audits while enhancing processes and systems.

Responsibilities
Fund Accounting & Reporting: Oversee monthly and quarterly closes, NAV reconciliations, and financial statements in collaboration with fund administrators
Performance Analysis: Manage and validate fund performance metrics, including ROR, IRR, MOIC, and DPI
Waterfall Calculations: Review and reconcile complex waterfall models across European and American structures
Capital Activity: Prepare and review capital call, distribution, and investor reporting packages
Audit & Compliance: Lead quarterly and annual audits, supporting regulatory and risk reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Active CPA
8-12 years of progressive public and private accounting experience, focused on closed-end structures within private equity, credit, and real estate funds
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Deep understanding of fund accounting, partnership structures, and complex waterfall modeling
Highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Process-improvement mindset
Preferred
Experience in Investran, eFront, or comparable fund accounting and reporting platforms
Strong preference for European waterfall experience
