The role involves performing service calls related to in-ground swimming pools and maintaining equipment and chemical stock levels.
Building Maintenance
Responsibilities
Perform service calls regarding pool openings, pools closings, pump repairs, plumbing, leaks, etc
Driving the company vehicle to customer’s location
Maintaining equipment and chemical stock levels at store and in the vehicle
Testing swimming pool water pH, and chlorine levels
Adding acid, chlorine, and other chemicals to correct pH level
Cleaning swimming pool using authorized equipment
Replacing globes in underwater light fittings
Fixing cracks or leaks in the swimming pool structure
Fitting and repairing pipes and plumbing for spas and pools
Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management
Qualification
Required
Experience serving in ground swimming pools a plus
Mechanically inclined a must
Ability to work well in a team environment
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs
Strong customer service skills
Self-motivated and good attitude
Proven problem-solving skills
Must be able to work 40 hours/week and Overtime when necessary
