Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and onboarding workflows
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Document within ATS and CRM talent onboarding status during hiring process
Qualification
Required
Recruiting experience within Light Industrial Required: Manufacturing, Maintenance Facilities, Warehouse, etc
Organized and able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and client deadlines
Available for entire six month contract
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish and English Preferred
