Conduct meetings with customers and stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business objectives
Act as a subject matter expert on policies, hiring procedures, and worker's compensation
Optimize recruiting processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding
Provide detailed reviews and recommendations for recruitment strategies
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the hiring process

Required
