Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to promote preventative maintenance services
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, renewals, and upgrade options
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
Identify opportunities to enhance existing maintenance agreements
Track sales pipeline and customer interactions in CRM
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
Experience selling maintenance or service agreements highly preferred
Background in HVAC/Plumbing or commercial building services is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and comfortable with outbound calling
CRM proficiency
