Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to credit union members mainly via telephone related to debit and credit cards, ordering new and replacement cards, card maintenance, initial dispute intake, process wire transfers, and other administrative tasks
Assist members with card questions and disputes of fraudulent activity. Process card transaction exceptions and other adjustments
Research and resolve member inquiries regarding account statements, disputes, and adjustments
Review various reports, place outgoing phone calls to contact members to resolve discrepancies, and update information as needed. Process and maintain Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance
Provide support for other payment systems such as bill pay and account to account transfers. Assist the Operations team with various administrative tasks such as preparing and mailing letters
Qualification
Required
Full-time availability, M-F between 9AM-5PM
One year of customer service-related experience is required
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Preferred
Experience in a financial institution or call center environment is preferred
Post high school education or training is preferred
