Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accurate consolidation across multiple legal entities
Review and validate entity submissions, including eliminations, foreign currency translations, and minority interest accounting
Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports in adherence to U.S. accounting standards and corporate policies
Collaborate with regional controllers and corporate accounting teams to resolve intercompany discrepancies and submission delays
Act as a key business expert for OneStream, managing workflows, data submissions, and system improvements
Support the preparation of management and external reporting packages with high attention to detail and accuracy
Coordinate with the OneStream team to optimize system functionality and ensure compliance with internal controls
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, review controls, and close calendar schedules
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and documentation
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within consolidation and reporting workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in accounting, financial consolidation, or corporate reporting within a multinational organization
Advanced knowledge of U.S. accounting standards, foreign currency translation, and intercompany eliminations
Proficiency in OneStream as a business user or power user
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and communicate complex financial concepts
Experience supporting audits and implementing financial controls
Preferred
Preferred experience with workflow setup and reporting in OneStream, as well as exposure to large ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
