This role is responsible for ensuring complex loans are closed and documented in accordance with credit policies, while managing a pipeline of transactions and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Ensure loans are closed and documented according to credit approval procedures
Accurately book loans into the loan accounting system
Manage a loan pipeline of 25–30 transactions, communicating status and conditions to partners and clients in a timely manner
Perform due diligence, review operational risk, and ensure all conditions precedent are met prior to loan closing or funding
Collaborate with sales partners, customers, legal counsel, and third parties to clear pre-closing conditions, including environmental reports, appraisals, flood determinations, lien positions, and title work
Reconcile Loan Accounting Recon accounts for assigned loans
Manage and resolve post-closing legal documentation exceptions in compliance with policies
Implement effective controls, monitor key client indicators, and manage loan closings within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
Mitigate operational and reputational risk
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a business/commercial lending environment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to manage and resolve moderately complex problems
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
Ability to manage a pipeline of credits while meeting service level agreements
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Preferred
Knowledge of AFS and Laser Pro is a plus
Associate's Degree or higher preferred
