Managed IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

Serve as a direct point of contact for client support requests
Communicate clearly with non-technical users and set appropriate expectations
Provide updates and follow through until issues are resolved
Represent Whole Technology professionally during remote and on-site interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows devices, applications, printers, and connectivity
Support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, password resets, MFA, and access requests
Diagnose issues using RMM and remote support tools and escalate when appropriate
Support and maintain environments using:
NinjaRMM / NinjaOne
Microsoft 365 & Azure / Azure AD
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio
Cisco Meraki networking equipment
Assist with patching, software installs, and system updates
Follow documented processes and contribute to improving them
Accurately log, update, and manage tickets
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base articles
Travel to client locations in the Philadelphia area as needed
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, setup, and user assistance

Required

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer-focused mindset and professional demeanor
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Respect for security, confidentiality, and best practices

Preferred

1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or MSP environments preferred
MSP experience is a strong plus
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are beneficial but not required
