Responsibilities
Recruit and engage professionals for high-demand roles (contract & perm)
Interview candidates and sell them on opportunities that fit their lifestyle and goals
Build long-term relationships with providers and clients
Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, from first call to placement
Use modern recruiting tools and systems to stay organized and competitive
Work closely with leadership to refine strategies and win more deals
Stay sharp on market trends, pay rates, and hot specialties
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of agency recruiting experience
Strong understanding of technology roles and staffing workflows
Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email - confidence matters)
Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education
Preferred
Former athletes, bartenders, servers, hospitality pros, or high-energy salespeople
Comfortable talking to anyone and building rapport fast
Money-motivated and hate capped commissions
