Responsibilities

Create and deliver high-quality RFPs, DDQs, and consultant reports that meet compliance standards and client expectations

Collaborate with client and consultant relations teams to ensure marketing content aligns with organizational goals

Maintain and update accurate marketing and strategy information across various asset classes

Partner with investment and product teams to gain insights and enhance reporting materials

Provide ongoing support for consultant relations, ensuring effective communication and engagement

Utilize tools such as Loopio to streamline the proposal and reporting processes

Ensure all written materials are thorough, precise, and tailored to client needs

Contribute to the development of initiatives that improve the efficiency of reporting and proposal workflows

Stay informed about financial market trends and integrate relevant insights into reporting

Assist in identifying opportunities for career growth within the organization

Required

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in asset management or a related field

Expertise in producing RFPs, DDQs, and other client-centric reports

Proficiency in tools like Loopio or similar platforms for proposal management

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain attention to detail

A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities
