Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of annual budgets to align with organizational goals
Design and implement effective budgeting processes to support strategic initiatives
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
Monitor and manage cash flow forecasts to optimize financial performance
Utilize NetSuite to streamline financial operations and reporting
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a senior finance role, such as Director of Finance
Strong expertise in annual budgeting and month-end close processes
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute budget processes effectively
Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar financial systems
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams
Effective communication skills for presenting financial data and strategies to stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in the logistics/service industry
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP
