COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Fuller Industries is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative to manage daily order processing and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient operations. The role involves resolving customer complaints, adhering to service policies, and establishing good relations with customers and internal staff.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure precise and accurate work
Adhere to customer service policies and procedures
Learn and maintain a working knowledge of current and new product lines
Establish good personnel relations with external customers, internal departments, sales staff, and other employees
Provide guidance and assistance with customers and complex issues
Handle difficult problems with customers and the company sales force
Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, claims, billing issues, & shipping details
Proficiently utilize ERP system
Qualification
Required
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to multi-task
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to show judgment and to work independently
Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiently read, write, and perform basic math skills
Must be able to understand ordinary verbal and written instructions
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
