Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete service calls and projects
Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Hot Side Service Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
