Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish long-term strategic goals and objectives
Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Clinic and FTCA requirements, including credentialing, documentation, and quality standards
Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and licensing requirements
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of medical services
Provide timely and accurate reports to the Board related to operations, finances, compliance, and organizational risks
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership in a nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven organization
Experience working with a governing Board
Familiarity with community health or safety-net healthcare
Financial oversight, including budgeting and reporting
Fundraising and grant development experience
