They are seeking a Landscape Technician who will be responsible for installing and maintaining various landscaping elements while ensuring quality work and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Participate in a crew of 1-2 others through the installation of softscapes and hardscapes
Ensure the successful installation of Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Drainage, Pavers, Retaining Walls, Boulder Walls, Landscape Steps, Grading, etc
Interact with Supervisors, Project Foreman, and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects
Ensure client and company satisfaction through quality work
Provide insight and suggestions for processes that are critical to the success of your crew and the company
Receiving direction and identifying needs on a jobsite
Perform all responsibilities to company standards
Present knowledge and information to other crew members
Show interest in daily tasks and projects
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in Landscaping
Ability to install elements like seed/sod, garden beds, patios, retaining walls, etc
Knowledge of plants and soil
Proficient with landscape machinery and hand tools
Ability to lift heavy objects, work long hours outdoors, and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to interact professionally with clients
Attention to detail. Landscaping requires a keen eye for detail, ensuring projects meet high standards
