They are seeking a Print Production Associate for the 3rd shift to support the production of printed materials in the Bindery department, assisting with equipment operation and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and operating bindery equipment including cutters, folders, and saddle stitchers
Load/unload paper, monitor print quality and machine performance, and report any issues
Organize, sort, and package direct mail jobs with variable data components
Inspect printed and finished materials for defects, alignment, and consistency with quality standards
Perform regular quality control checks to ensure production meets specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the print and bindery areas
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently
Follow job tickets and specifications to ensure accurate job execution
Operate pallet jacks and other material handling tools to transport stock and finished goods
Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain printing and finishing equipment
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate job setup, quality output, and proper finishing
Manual dexterity for handling paper stock, operating presses, and handling finished products
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior exposure to a print shop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment a plus
Understanding of color calibration, print quality standards, and finishing processes
Familiarity with direct mail and variable data concepts
Knowledge of paper types, coatings, and finishing techniques
