Responsibilities
Lead the development of AI/ML solutions to optimize clinical trial recruitment, retention, and real-time data monitoring
Implement Generative AI applications for automated clinical documentation including medical reports, protocols, and patient narratives
Design predictive models using diverse healthcare data sources such as electronic health records, wearable devices, and HEOR data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in clinical operations and medical affairs to deliver AI-driven business value
Maintain strategic relationships with external experts and technology partners to ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards
Qualification
Required
Strong programming proficiency in Python or R with experience in modern frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions within a healthcare or life sciences context
Expertise in handling complex healthcare datasets including clinical trials, real-world evidence, and patient-reported outcomes
Ability to lead technical projects and facilitate knowledge sharing across global research and development teams
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data privacy standards relevant to pharmaceutical data science
