Responsibilities

Sell stand-alone wellbeing programs/services to employer groups with 100-4999 US and/or global employees
Identify opportunities within employers for Vitality’s unique program offerings, and align with employer group’s needs and vision long-term
Build and support positive brand recognition in the region through reinforcing / developing strong broker and consultant relationships
Align and collaborate with internal departments to ensure market positioning, compelling value proposition, and ongoing competitive intelligence
Self-starter who can build and nurture a healthy pipeline
Follow Vitality sales process; and ensure ongoing, timely updates of leads/opportunities in Salesforce
Create a "we care" atmosphere

Required

At least 5 + years' experience in well-being and/or Employee Benefits
Self-starter who can build and nurture a healthy pipeline
Follow Vitality sales process; and ensure ongoing, timely updates of leads/opportunities in Salesforce

Benefits

Base Salary + Commission
Travel varies based on region assigned
