This entry-level role involves assisting lead installers with the installation of products and developing carpentry skills.

Responsibilities
Assist Lead Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive and profitable fashion in our customers homes
Helps experienced installers by preparing job sites, loading/unloading materials, measuring, cutting wood, holding cabinets, and performing cleanup
Focusing on hands-on learning with tools like saws and drills to build carpentry skills for installation
Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion
Operate company tools, etc. in a safe manner
Qualification
Required
No degree, certification, or specific experience is required. We are looking for coachable candidates!
Clean driving record
Able to pass DOT physical
Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual
Requires physical stamina and attention to detail to ensure quality and efficiency
Possess and maintain a current driver's license, good driving record, and able to operate company vehicle in safe manner
