Administrative Assistant - Dermatology
University of Utah Health Research is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Department of Dermatology. The role involves providing administrative support for physicians, coordinating patient needs, maintaining files, and scheduling appointments among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for physicians, and coordinates patient needs, communicating with clinical staff, the prior-auth group, and other teams as needed
Create and maintain files, compile reports, and manage, store, and disseminate information, ensuring security and compliance of information
Supports provider licensing & credentialing
Collects, organizes and analyzes data for specialized reports
Coordinates the collection and preparation of operating reports
Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and conferences, and may order & maintain office supplies
Make travel arrangements
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Requires at least 1 year of related experience for Administrative Assistants, II
Requires 3+ years of related experience for Administrative Assistants, III
1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience
