Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
Work with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into data solutions
Build end-to-end data pipelines from data collection to model deployment
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability
Communicate insights and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate on experimentation, A/B testing, and metrics definition
Maintain clean, reproducible, and well-documented data science workflows
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of Statistics and probability
Solid understanding of Data structures and algorithms
Solid understanding of Machine learning concepts (supervised & unsupervised learning)
Experience working with SQL and relational databases
Experience shipping models or data-driven features to production
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Exposure to LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
Experience with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
