Responsibilities
Lead the sales efforts and drive occupancy in the Independent and Assisted Living community
Exceed budgeted targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
Lead the team in selling and successfully launching the new cottage product
Create excitement in the market and build strong relationships with prospective residents and families
Guide the sales team through effective strategies and provide compassionate follow-up
Coordinate seamless move-ins and represent the community at both on-site and off-site events
Qualification
Required
Minimum four years of consultative/high-touch sales experience, preferably in senior living
At least two years of supervisory experience
Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures related to staff and organizational operations
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to management, public groups, and boards
Knowledge and experience using sophisticated CRM technology (Salesforce preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Effective team-building and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others
Understanding of hospitality, first impressions, and customer-focused service excellence
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Critical thinking skills
Hospitality or customer service background
