Qualify and optimize SSD and HDD drive solutions on Dell server and storage products, collaborating with internal and external development partners
Solve complex design challenges on emerging technologies via hands-on technical experience
Establish expertise in drive technology solutions, encompassing hardware, firmware, and software interactions

Required

Over 2 years of experience in drive, system design, or architecture, with 1+ years of solid understanding of key drive technologies (e.g., HDD, SSD, NVMe, PCIe)
Excellent digital hardware design & debug skills, with an ability to work with and influence across global organization
x86 Server Architecture design understanding
Responsive to stakeholders and customers, and able to work collaboratively in a team with a continuous improvement mindset
Effective oral and written communication skills, results-driven, well-organized, and able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments while delivering on time

Preferred

BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related fields
