Responsibilities
Talent Scouting: Identify and vet high-growth influencers who align with our brand identity and ROI goals
Campaign Execution: Own the outreach process, from initial "cold" pitches to managing contract deliverables and timelines
Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key metrics (EMV, engagement rates, and conversions) to prove campaign success
Trend Forecasting: Act as our internal "culture expert," identifying emerging TikTok sounds, platform updates, and viral trends before they go mainstream
Content Coordination: Ensure creators deliver high-quality assets on schedule and assist in the creative briefing process
Qualification
Required
You live on TikTok and Instagram and understand why certain content goes viral while others flop
You can craft a compelling pitch and maintain professional relationships via email and DM
You notice the small things—from a broken link in a bio to a typo in a caption
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to contribute to a collaborative team in-office daily
Preferred
Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Grin, Aspire, or HypeAuditor) or Canva
