Responsibilities
Assisting loan officers in managing the loan application process
Gathering and reviewing client documentation
Communicating with clients and underwriting teams
Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
Providing excellent customer service while coordinating with various stakeholders to advance loan approvals and closures efficiently
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Mortgage Industry processes and a solid understanding of Loan Officer responsibilities
Experience in Customer Service with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Underwriting procedures and loan document preparation
Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for secure documentation and workflow processes
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Prior experience in mortgage lending or financial services is a plus
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
