Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis: Assist in understanding user needs through research, feedback, and basic usability testing
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
UI Design: Design clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications using design tools
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
Design Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to improve designs continuously
Design Documentation: Maintain design assets, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
Basic knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
A portfolio (academic, internship, or self-initiated projects) showcasing UI/UX work
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Internship or academic/project experience in UI/UX design
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with front-end developers
Hands-on experience with Figma for UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff to front-end teams
