Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and software applications
Monitor system performance and ensure reliable operation of the Linux infrastructure
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network
Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and safety of the Linux systems
Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve technical issues as they arise
Perform routine audits of systems and software
Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders
Automate tasks using scripts and other tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Linux systems administration
Hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl, etc.) for automation
Experience in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.) and storage technologies
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
