Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs better
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients to close sales
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Track and report on sales performance metrics to improve strategies and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Basic understanding of the home care industry is a plus
Have a background in healthcare or home care services
