Effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and/or people

Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, etc
Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement

Work independently and as part of a team

Required

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type 40 WPM

Flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs

Associate's degree preferred
1+ years' experience in a call center environment preferred
Experience with Sales Force and SAP a plus
Experience working with pharmaceutical products a plus
