Sales Manager
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by building strong, long-term customer relationships. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to sales forecasts and territory planning.
Responsibilities
Identifying, pursuing, and developing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects
Growing existing accounts and expanding market share
Providing regular sales forecasts and contributing to overall sales and territory planning
Qualification
Required
Travel 50–75% of the time throughout the Northeast
The proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and close business
A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and being comfortable engaging new contacts independently
The ability to work remotely using company systems and technology tools
Experience selling Cold Bar Steel to manufacturers and suppliers
Minimum of five (5) years of successful inside and/or outside sales experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
