Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging market insights and Cartus’s global capabilities
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, understand their mobility challenges, and present solutions that create measurable value
Lead the end-to-end process—from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and onboarding—ensuring a seamless client experience
Partner with internal teams, including legal, client services, and implementation, to deliver innovative, compliant, and client-focused solutions
Represent Cartus at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and foster partnerships
Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects that enhance Cartus’s service offerings and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of successful experience selling outsourced services to multinational organizations
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative selling environment
Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtual
Expertise in new business development, including crafting tailored value propositions
Ability to manage a robust pipeline and make data-driven decisions
Willingness to travel 20–30% within the assigned territory
Preferred
Knowledge of global mobility or relocation services
Experience responding to RFPs
Proficiency with CRM tools
