Repair Authority is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will be the face and voice of the company. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers by addressing their questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience across all interactions.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 75–100 per day)
Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat, and in person
Address customer questions and complaints; escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns in accordance with company guidelines
Serve as a customer- and manufacturer-facing representative of the company
Provide administrative and clerical support across multiple departments, including customer service, operations and logistics
Utilize multiple systems and software platforms, including Microsoft Office and internal ERP/CRM systems
Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
Complete additional duties as assigned to support business operations
