We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to drive talent acquisition initiatives by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top candidates for various positions across our organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking events
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever or iCIMS to track candidate progress and maintain organized records
Build relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process
Conduct talent sourcing activities including cold calling, research, and leveraging social media platforms to generate candidate leads
Negotiate employment offers and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Stay informed on employment law regulations and best practices in HR sourcing and recruiting to ensure compliance

Required

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates effectively
Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and employee relations
Excellent interviewing and communication skills to assess candidate fit and convey company value propositions
Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS; HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro; and payroll systems like ADP or Paychex
Knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations relevant to recruiting practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Skilled in relationship management, research techniques, and social media management for talent sourcing
