They are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing clinic and provide quality clinical care while managing a manageable caseload of clients.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
Develop and implement individualized, research-based treatment plans
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Provide weekly parent training and progress updates
Supervise interns and RBTs (in-center and in-home)
Attend weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
Complete insurance correspondence (e.g., pre-authorization requests)
Implement and oversee safety management
Attend monthly group virtual training with our franchisor
Attend monthly individual virtual training with our franchisor
Qualification
Required
Active BACB Certification (BCBA)
BLS / CPR Certification
No criminal background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and remain physically active
