Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of leading development process for operational and business-related projects and programs
Responsibilities must cover the process from design through implementation, evaluation, and release
Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
Interfacing with all areas affected by the project which may include customers, Health Mart internal groups and field resources client services and areas
Scheduling and conducting project meetings
Qualification
Required
BS Degree or equivalent and requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
2+ Project Management experience
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills needed
Strong business acumen and ability to be agile and adapt to change while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Experience leading large, high visibility teams
Proficiency in building project plans, using tools, such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner or Microsoft Project
Demonstrates strong ability to lead and execute, mitigating risks (strong problem-solving skills)
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred and will be required within the first year of employment)
Health Care experience strongly preferred
Experience with Power Automate and Power BI preferred
Consulting experience preferred
Experience managing indirect teams at all levels of an organization
Process improvement methodologies and effective change management experience preferred
“Self-starter” attitude with the ability to excel in dynamic work environment
