Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and provide comprehensive reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Mobile field service, maintenance, mechanics, or prior military experience
Technical proficiency to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively
Exceptional customer service skills, addressing client concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in handling diverse and unpredictable field situations
Accurate documentation of service activities and comprehensive reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
Analytical thinking and adaptability to new technologies (PC Computers and MS Office software)
Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations
Technical/troubleshooting competence and a willingness to learn
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical maintenance, and electronics
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Possess a valid Class B CDL or a willingness to obtain one
Associate degree from a two-year college/technical school in Manufacturing, Technical, or Electronics Program, or equivalent work experience
