Responsibilities
Workflow Implementation: Design and document the end-to-end "Manual-to-Digital" workflow for vendor contracts (MSAs, NDAs, Statements of Work)
Offshore Governance: Direct the offshore paralegal team (India/Philippines) on drafting requirements, local US regulations, and BFS-specific compliance
Quality Audit (SME Check): Perform the final onshore "Quality Gate" check on drafted contracts before they are delivered to the client, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment
AI/Tech Adoption: Partner with tech teams to implement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and AI-assisted drafting tools to reduce manual touchpoints
Client Management: Act as the primary US liaison for the client’s Legal and Procurement stakeholders to gather requirements and manage escalations
Process Efficiency: Achieve "Cycle Time" reduction targets by optimizing the hand-off process between the US and offshore teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) or Legal Operations
Strong background in Banking/Financial Services (BFS)—must understand the risk and regulatory environment of US banking
Proven track record of managing Offshore Delivery models (India or Philippines)
Expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (e.g., Icertis, SirionLabs, Ironclad, or Conga)
Experience managing Paralegal teams (Attorney background not required but a plus)
