Business Development Executive
Occams Advisory is a leading business solutions provider specializing in growth, financing, and taxation. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Generate leads independently through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline
Pitch and close digital marketing and lead-generation services by presenting clear value and ROI-focused solutions
Conduct sales calls with decision-makers to understand requirements and drive conversions
Manage follow-ups and nurture prospects to ensure timely movement toward closure
Achieve assigned monthly targets by maintaining consistent outreach, conversions, and deal closures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
5–8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and closing (required)
Ability to generate leads independently (no leads will be provided)
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfort with targets and performance-based pay
